FRITZ HECKERT SFBP 1250/10000 – Long-Bed Surface / Guideway Grinding Machine – 10,000 × 1,250 mm

METALEX offers for sale a large industrial FRITZ HECKERT SFBP 1250/10000 surface grinding machine, designed for the precision grinding of very long and heavy workpieces.

The machine has been used in our own workshop primarily for grinding machine tool beds and guideways, especially POREBA lathe beds during complete overhauls carried out by METALEX.

With this machine design, the workpiece remains stationary during the grinding process, while the grinding unit travels longitudinally along the machine. This makes the machine particularly suitable for machining very long and heavy components without having to move the workpiece during grinding.

The machine has been used by METALEX for our own production and machine rebuilding work. Among other applications, we have used it for precision grinding of POREBA lathe beds as part of our complete machine overhaul projects.

The machine is located in our workshop in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

The machine can be inspected at our facility in Bydgoszcz. Further technical information can be provided upon request. Details regarding dismantling and loading can also be discussed with interested buyers.
