We offer a refurbished RU 450x2500 cylindrical grinding machine, after complete overhaul. Year of manufacture: 1981.

The following inspections and repairs have been carried out:
1. Inspection of the lubrication and hydraulic systems
2. Realignment of all axes geometry by table grinding and scraping of the guideways
3. Replacement of bearings
4. Inspection of the workpiece spindle headstock
5. Inspection of the grinding wheel spindle headstock
6. Inspection of electrical system (fuse replacement: old-type fuses changed to new circuit breakers)
7. Installation of a central stop button on the control console
8. Installation of work area lighting system
9. Thorough cleaning of the machine
10. Replacement of guideway covers
11. Installation of digital readout for the X axis
12. Restoration of the cooling system
13. Honing and replacement of seals in the cylinder
14. Hydraulic valve overhaul

The grinder is equipped with:
- Wheel balancing device
- 2 steady rests
