The PRI 120 CNC/AC is a newly developed internal gear back-rolling machine
Rjdeznkz Sspfx Ah Hjcd
for rolling back angles onto the tooth flanks of existing
internal gears. The innovative machine concept is based on over 60 years of
experience in the development and manufacture of thread, profile, and gear rolling machines
in Bad Düben.
The machine’s base frame is a ribbed, torsionally rigid machine bed made of cast iron, which minimizes vibrations.
In particular, the use of state-of-the-art proportional valve technology in conjunction
with the PROFIROLL CNC control enables optimal process control of the rolling process. The control system, in combination with the backlash-free
roller guide system, guarantees the highest precision and repeatability in the positioning
of the rolling slide and, thus, of the tool.
The innovative handling system, in conjunction with the rolling process, allows for the shortest
cycle times.
