LIEBHERR LC 1203

A young Liebherr LC 1203 from the current LC generation: built in 2009, with a motor-driven milling spindle, capable of machining workpieces up to 1200 mm in diameter and weighing 9.5 t, module 20 – the machine for large gear cutting in gearbox manufacturing, wind power, mining, and heavy machinery construction. Serwema Retrofit Solutions, Chemnitz, upgrades the machine to Siemens Sinumerik ONE, the latest control generation with full spare parts and support availability, and delivers it with a new, air-conditioned control cabinet manufactured in-house and a user-friendly interface. The mechanics remain in their well-maintained original condition with original paint – a Liebherr from 2009 does not need a complete overhaul, but a control system that will last for the next 20 years. Delivery time: six months from order.

The machine mills spur and helical gears, as well as shafts up to module 20, in a reinforced version up to module 24, starting from one tooth – therefore also worms and special profiles. With an axial travel of 1000 mm between the milling spindle axis and the table surface, long pinion shafts are securely clamped, and the 900 mm table supports 95 kN. The motor-driven milling spindle rotates from 36 to 360 rpm, the milling head swivels by ±35°, and the tangential travel of 320 mm utilizes the full milling cutter length of 340 mm for long tool life.

Original color scheme. Acceptance in Chemnitz together with you; a mechanical overhaul or geometry check according to DIN can be offered additionally upon request.
