Max. workpiece weight: up to 2500 kg
Max. grinding wheel diameter: Ø 900 mm. Turret grinding head with up to 4 spindles.
Optional axes/functions: C / B / U / Q (including swiveling workpiece holder, swiveling chuck). Control: PLC (NC) / CNC.
Applications: Ideal for single-clamping of complex external machining with high shape accuracy.

Key Features (both series)

Machine bed: Cast iron, ribbed, naturally aged; flat/V-guides, hand-scraped, anti-friction lining. X/Z ball screw drives, AC servos, linear scales.
Grinding head: left/right/fixed angle; turret with up to 4 spindles; automatic dynamic balancing from Ø 250 mm.
Tailstock: hydraulic actuation, adjustable force, taper deviation correction. W-axis optional.
Internal grinding (optional): Belt or HF spindles, direct drive, water cooling.
Control: PLC (NC) or CNC, graphical interface, process analysis data output.
