The machine processes continuous cardboard fully automatically. The patented multi-tool performs creasing, scoring, perforating, and cutting using the single-point principle. The material-friendly creasing technology prevents the cardboard from splitting. Perforations are performed using an oscillating knife with a freely adjustable perforation level. Cuts are made with a toothed knife on a rubberized roller, creating clean, fiber-free cut edges. All tools are adjustable by servomotor.

Automatic cardboard changer
Automatic selection of the optimal cardboard web width. Standard with two positions, expandable to six or, with side-by-side function, to up to twelve web widths. Additional cardboard magazines expand the system with additional web widths and have their own sensors and residual length management.

Programming software for customer-side workstations for the free creation and programming of individual cardboard designs.
