Sample system for filling liquids into bottles, closing them with a twist-off cap and then bottles labelling. Complete system consisting of: Bottle unscrambler; Filling machine with 4 filling heads for liquids with high or low viscosity; Lid closing machine for different sizes and shapes of lids including lid unscrambler; Labelling machine for bottles/cans/containers made of glass or plastic; Collecting table. The individual machines of the packaging line are connected to each other via conveyor belts, which gives the installation of the line high flexibility. -Specifications: Number of filling nozzles: 4; filling range: 100-1000ml; dosing method: by piston pump; accuracy: +/- 1%; bottle height: 15-400mm; bottle diameter: 25-200mm; speed: max. 1000 bottles/hour; label size: L25-300mm, W20-180mm, product contact parts are made from 304 stainless steel.
