Automatic liquid filling and capping system. Suitable for various liquids and oils from the food industry (water, juices, liqueurs, olive oil, sunflower oil, etc.) as well as from non-food (perfumes, cosmetic oils, detergents, etc.). The liquid filling system has 2 filling heads moving in vertical and horizontal direction, which allow continuous filling and thus a higher number of cycles. Automatic detection of the position of the bottles and of the neck diameter of the lid. The Advantage is less adjustment work and sensor settings (within a certain range) have to be carried out. The change to different bottle dimensions is considerably facilitated, which ultimately results in lower machine downtime due to the time savings. Easy adjustment to different bottle width and height without the need for additional format sets. After filling, the bottles are conveyed by a conveyor belt to the automatic lid capping machine. The positioning and closing of the lids are fully automatic. - Specifications: filling range: 30-3000ml; number of filling heads: 2; max. speed of the machine in neutral: 50 cycles/minute; SUS304, product contact parts from SUS3316; dimensions and weight of the packaging system depending on the final layout.
