You are bidding on a professional, fully functional 2-station robot welding cell for continuous industrial use.

Thanks to the clever two-station principle (shuttle table/parallel stations), the operator can safely load new parts or remove finished workpieces on one side while the robot productively welds on the other side.

- Additional axes: Both stations have synchronized, motorized rotary axes (nameplate: ABB / ELMO, type: PS 60/4-50-P-LSS-3985) for optimal positioning of the workpiece in the immersion process.

2. Welding Technology (Carl Cloos Welding Technology GmbH):
- Welding power source: Cloos GLC 503 QUINTO (Powerful 500A MIG/MAG system)
- Cooling: Integrated liquid cooling (water cooling) for maximum duty cycle of the welding torch.
- Accessories: 2x professional WDI ECORACK large container wire spools on rolling frames, including robust wire guide hoses to the robot.

3. System Control & Safety:
- Control unit (HMI): Modernized Siemens SIMATIC HMI touch panel for easy control of the entire system, piece count control, and error analysis.
- Safety: Complete, enclosed protective cabin (transparent walls for protection against UV radiation and welding spatter) including an integrated extraction system (hose package on the robot arm).
- Inspection: The system was in industrial use until recently (including certification for well-known automotive suppliers) and has a valid DGUV-V3 inspection sticker.
