This professional, automated production line from VEMAG is a top-class technological solution designed for medium and large meat processing plants, butcher shops, and factories that produce processed meats on an industrial scale. The heart of the system is the reliable VEMAG DP10E vacuum filler, which is characterized by its high throughput and gentle handling of the raw material. It ensures precise filling of various consistencies, guaranteeing perfect consistency and eliminating air bubbles in the finished product.

The second module – the advanced VEMAG LPG 208 Servo Length longitudinal twister and portioning machine – is responsible for extremely precise division of processed meats to the desired length and consistent weight. This system works seamlessly with natural, collagen, and cellulose casings, achieving high portioning speeds exceeding 2000 pieces per minute.

The process is completed by the VEMAG AH 204 hanging machine. It takes the twisted portions of sausages or hot dogs and automatically places them on hooks, creating perfectly even loops ready for direct transport to smoking and cooking chambers. The use of servo drives in this module eliminates vibrations and ensures smooth, trouble-free product flow.
