REX Technologie RVF 327 is a professional, extremely compact, and efficient rotary vacuum filler. This 2011 unit is the heart of a portioning line in small, medium, and large meat, fish, convenience food processing plants, as well as in the cheese and bakery industries.

The machine is used for continuous, highly precise portioning, filling, and twisting of various types of fillings and masses. The use of an integrated, reliable German vacuum pump from Busch with a capacity of 16 m³/h allows for effective degassing of the filling before the filling process. As a result, the final product has a compact structure, and there are no air bubbles in the cross-section (which significantly increases the shelf life of the products), as well as perfect, consistent meat coloring.

Key features and benefits:
- Paddle-type filling transport system: The gentle, rotating mechanism ensures that the filling's structure is not crushed or smeared, which is crucial in the production of coarsely ground sausages, cabanossi, or burgers.

- High-quality vacuum (Busch): The dedicated Busch KC pump ensures the optimal vacuum level in the loading chamber, providing stable operation even with thick and demanding masses.

- Versatility and flexibility: The RVF 327 model works perfectly with peripheral devices such as twisting mechanisms, casing holders, automatic clippers, or hanging systems.

- Intuitive control: The machine is controlled by a microprocessor panel, which allows for precise programming of portion weight, pauses, twisting time, and correction of the first portion.
