The highly productive, semi-automated TruPrint 5000 3D printing system prepares you for industrial series production. With features such as an optional 500°C preheater and full-field multi-laser configuration with three 500-watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are ideally equipped for the most demanding industrial applications. The machine produces high-quality components from a variety of metallic materials quickly and reliably, meeting the high quality standards in tool and mold making, including 3D printing on preform blanks, in the aerospace and medical technology industries. Optionally, the entire process chain can take place in a protective gas atmosphere: screening, printing, cooling, and depowdering. Combined with external parts and powder management and monitoring solutions from TRUMPF, it is ideal for industrial additive series production.

Thanks to the Preform option, the TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid component production. The component structures to be additively manufactured are applied to a blank. This innovative option is particularly well-suited for easy handling in tool and mold making.
