Ultrasonic cleaning is a gentle cleaning method based on intense cavitation caused by ultrasound. The microscopically small cavitation bubbles created on the surface of the object to be cleaned cause powerful pressure shocks that effectively remove all contaminants not belonging to the object without damaging the object itself. Ultrasound removes dirt, grease, and impurities from many places that are impossible to reach with other cleaning methods, such as bores, cavities, and channels. Because of this, it is perfectly suited for items that are nearly impossible to wash.

Using ultrasound, you can clean engine parts, electrical components, diesel injection pumps, motorcycle radiators, hospital equipment, chemical industry equipment, differentials, motorcycle crankcases, engine cylinder heads, bicycle gears, weapons, and their parts. In addition, it can be used to clean any items made of rubber, glass, metal, ceramics, or electronics. However, make sure it is suitable before washing, e.g., eyewear.

To achieve a good cleaning result, we recommend using a specially designed cleaning solution in the machine. The liquid can also be just water and a little dish soap (e.g., Fairy) or another suitable solution. As a cleaning fluid, you can also use vinegar, heating oil, hydraulic oil, solvent cleaners, etc. The process can be accelerated further by raising the temperature of the liquid.
