The TECHNOMAKS GDI-6000 is a high-pressure injector test and cleaning device developed for performing testing, analysis, and professional cleaning operations on injectors used in gasoline direct injection systems.

Thanks to its specially designed ergonomic body, aluminum test rail, and durable test chamber, it is suitable for professional service use. The device features 6 special test tubes, each with a capacity of 150 mg, that are resistant to different temperature conditions and have a flexible structure.

With the GDI-6000, 1 to 6 injectors can be tested simultaneously. Thanks to its practical connection accessories, injectors can be quickly connected to the system. The special drip and spray observation chamber allows for detailed control of the injector's spray pattern, direction, and leakage. Each test operation can be completed within a maximum of 90 seconds.

The device's specially developed electronic pressure measurement system can reach a maximum working pressure of 200 bar. Thanks to tests performed under high pressure, dripping and leakage problems in injectors can be observed more clearly. The integrated printer allows test results to be printed and presented to the customer or relevant organization.

6000+ INJECTOR DATABASE

The GDI-6000 has a large database containing reference test values for more than 6000 injectors. The fuel quantity values that the injector should deliver can be viewed on the 7-inch touchscreen.

For injectors not found in the database, the user can create their own test parameters and save new injector information to the system.

OHM TEST MODE

Allows for the control of the electrical resistance values of the injectors. Thus, the OHM values of the injector coils can be measured during the test.

AUTOMATIC TEST MODES

AUTO-1: 4000 RPM low-speed test
AUTO-2: 5000 RPM medium-speed test
AUTO-3: 7000 RPM high-speed test

By simulating different engine speeds, it enables the comparison of the fuel quantity and spray performance of injectors under various operating conditions.

DRIP / LEAKAGE TEST

Thanks to the Leaking Out mode, injectors are checked under high pressure. Leakage, dripping, and pressure loss problems in the injector nozzle can be observed.

MANUAL TEST MODE

RPM, PULSE, and TIMER values can be adjusted manually by the user. Thus, special test scenarios can be created using the desired speed, triggering time, and test time.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING MODES

CLEANING 1:
Performs pressurized cleaning by operating the injectors at different speeds between 1000–7000 RPM.

CLEANING 2:
Increases the open time of the injectors, allowing for more intense pressurized cleaning to be applied to the fuel passage channels and injector nozzles.

REVERSE FLUSHING:
Using special reverse connection accessories, liquid is applied to the injector in the opposite direction. This method ensures that the injector shaft, nozzle, and internal fuel channels are professionally cleaned.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING MODE:
During the ultrasonic cleaning process, the injectors can be operated in a controlled manner in the 1000–7000 RPM range. In this way, the mechanical operation and ultrasonic cleaning can be performed simultaneously.
