The compact tabletop version LOW MINI has been specifically developed for depaneling small-format production panels, small series of larger format, and cost-conscious manufacturing. PCB materials with breakout tabs can be separated quickly and economically up to a maximum size of 320 mm x 560 mm. The separation process is servo-controlled on all axes, with the milling drive operating from above. The machine’s highlight is its easy and straightforward switch between small (320 x 280 mm) and large (320 x 560 mm) working areas.
