Functional description
The machine is used for individual or collective wrapping of packages with polyethylene shrink film.

* Operating principle: Semi-automatic and pneumatic.
* Process: The product is manually fed via a size adjustment slide; all subsequent steps (banding, further transport to the shrink tunnel) are carried out automatically.
* Sealing process: A continuously heated safety sealing unit separates and seals the film. A Teflon cloth prevents the film from sticking to the sealing blade.

Film roll placement

* Positioning: The rolls are placed on pairs of support rollers at the top and bottom.
* Adjustment: Adjustment rings limit the film laterally with a clearance of approximately 1–2 mm (adjustment is made using an Allen key).
* Preparation: The film ends are guided through the sealing unit. By moving the infeed carriage back and forth once, the separating sealing process is pneumatically initiated, creating the so-called film curtain.

* Film material: Processes two rolls of flat shrink film made of polyethylene.
* Film thickness: The recommended standard thickness is 40 µm (micrometers).
* Film alignment: The rolls are fixed with adjustment rings, allowing for a lateral clearance of 1–2 mm.
* Film width: The maximum width is 210 mm.
* Control: The machine operates pneumatically and is activated via a manual infeed slide.
