Sormac PO-30 Pepper Decoring, Slicing & Wedging Line
Complete Sormac pepper processing line equipped with 4 × Sormac PO-30 pepper coring machines for the automatic coring and processing of bell peppers. This high-performance processing line is designed to deliver high throughput and consistent product quality for the fresh produce and food processing industries.
The PO-30 coring machines accurately remove the core and seed membranes, while an integrated vacuum system efficiently extracts seeds and seed residues, ensuring a clean finished product with minimal product loss.
The line is equipped with infeed and outfeed conveyors, providing a continuous and efficient product flow. It is suitable for processing red, yellow, green, and orange bell peppers, making it ideal for the production of fresh-cut vegetables, vegetable mixes, meal components, and convenience foods.

The line consists of:
Infeed conveyor with cleats – dimensions (W × L): 600 × 3,500 mm

Operating principle of the PO-30 coring machine
Station 1: The pepper stem is cut off.
Station 2: The pepper is cored, and the seeds are removed.
Station 3 (optional): The top, the bottom, or both ends of the pepper are cut off simultaneously.
Station 4 (optional): The pepper is segmented into 4 pieces. After machine modification, segmentation into 2, 3, 6, or 16 pieces is also possible.
