A used horizontal form, fill, and seal machine (HFFS) from the DEAPHS series is for sale. It is designed for the automatic production, filling, and sealing of pouches made from flat film.

### Current Machine Condition

The machine is currently set up for the production of 4-side seal pouches.

The machine forms the pouch directly from flat film, takes over the filling process – in conjunction with a suitable dosing system – and then automatically seals the pouch.

The DEAPHS series is fundamentally modular in design and can be adapted for other pouch types and applications, depending on the existing or additional equipment, for example:

- 3-side seal pouches / sachets
- 4-side seal pouches
- Doypack / stand-up pouches

Adaptation to other pouch types depends on the format, product, and required machine components and is not part of the current setup.

Depending on the dosing system used, the machine is suitable for packaging, for example:

- Powdered products
- Granules and granular products
- Food products
- Animal feed
- Cosmetic products
- Technical and other non-food products
- Single-serve packs, sample sizes, and samples

Different dosing and feeding systems can be used for different products.

- Pump filler / liquid dosing, e.g., Hibar

Availability and scope of delivery of the respective dosing systems can be requested separately.
