PROCESS

The containers are automatically fed to the 7-piston filling unit, where they are positioned to receive a controlled amount of product.

The volumetric system performs the dispensing, and once the filling is complete, the containers are automatically transferred to the SOMME 343 capper, where the capping operation is performed before continuing to the next stage of production.

Combining both operations in a single line allows for a continuous flow between filling and capping, reducing intermediate handling of the container.
