The Senzani CM5 is a continuously operating, vertical cartoning machine from Senzani Brevetti, specifically designed for the precise packaging of individual items such as capsules, pouches, or smaller packaged products into pre-glued folding cartons. Machine features:
Operating principle: Continuous motion for high process stability.
Application: Vertical filling of pre-glued cartons, often combined with counting and dosing systems (coffee or tea capsules, lawn seeds, muesli, or pet food).

The machine operated for almost 19 years at Flechtorfer Mühle, where it was only used to fill one product. After being taken over by a birdseed company, it successfully completed a test run. Following the sale and a longer period without power, a software update from Senzani is necessary, costing approximately €12,000. A metal detector is included in the offer. A pendulum cup feeder can be purchased separately to ensure consistent feeding.
