GALVANIZED STEEL STRUCTURE FOR A 1,950 M2 WAREHOUSE
Industrial warehouse with a floor area of 1,950 m2, designed for a location near the sea, with the following dimensions:

DIMENSIONS:
Width: 30 m (Exterior).
Length: 65 m (Exterior).
Height: 10 m (Clear Interior).

Two-pitched roof with a 10% slope.
Constructed with S 275 grade steel profiles, rolled and galvanized for the main steel structure, and galvanized formed sections for the secondary roof purlin structure.
The finish of the Main Structure (Columns, Beams, and Trusses) will be hot-dip galvanized at 450°C according to UNE-EN ISO 1461:2009 standards.
In the case of the THC profiles of the Trusses, they will also be galvanized on the inside, ensuring complete protection of this structure, both on the inner and outer faces of all its profiles.

INCLUDES:
- CE marking for steel structures according to UNE-EN 1090-2:2011.
- Detailed engineering, calculation report, structural drawings, and foundation plans.
- APPENDIX OF CALCULATIONS APPROVED BY THE ENGINEERS’ ASSOCIATION, complying with data, loads, and assumptions provided by the client.
- Certified fasteners for the assembly of the structure.

NOT included in the budget: Anchor plates and purlins. These can be manufactured upon request.
Transport and packaging not included.
