This professional processing unit, consisting of a RISCO RS 450 paddle mixer and an integrated loading column, is a high-performance, classic solution designed for the mass processing of raw materials in the food industry. The Italian brand Risco has been recognized for decades as one of the leaders in meat processing technology, and the models in the RS series are known for their robust reliability and simple, mechanical durability. This machine is ideally suited for medium and large meat processing plants (butcheries), in the production of sausages, kebabs, and burgers, as well as in delicatessen plants, vegetable processing plants, and ready-meal factories.

The core of the machine is a spacious bowl with a capacity optimized for batches of 450 kg, equipped with a proven paddle mixing system. This design guarantees exceptionally gentle, yet highly effective and uniform distribution of spices, brine, and other ingredients throughout the entire volume of the mixture. The paddle mixing system does not break down the protein structure or overheat the mixture, which is crucial for maintaining the highest quality and proper binding of the finished meat product. The finished product is discharged frontally through pneumatically or mechanically controlled discharge flaps directly into a waiting trolley.
