Rational UVP 61/101/E

This is an UltraVent Plus hood from the premium manufacturer Rational, type UVP 61/101E, year 2022. This hood is suitable for use with iCombi unit sizes 6-1/1 & 10-1/1 in electric versions. Thanks to condensation technology, the UltraVent binds outgoing steam. An external connection or an extension of an existing exhaust system is not required for this recirculation hood. In addition to UltraVent's condensation technology, the UltraVent Plus is equipped with a specialized filter system. As a result, both vapours are condensed and unwanted smoke – such as that generated during grilling and frying – is reduced. RATIONAL cooking systems can thus also be installed in sensitive locations, such as in front-of-house areas.

The hood has been overhauled in our in-house workshop, is fully functional, and a brand-new activated carbon filter has been installed.
