This listing features the latest generation of the VarioCooking Center: the iVario Pro XL 150-liter model from premium manufacturer Rational (successor to the VCC 311). This multifunctional tilting bratt pan is equipped with the options Pressure Cooking and Balanced Power 34 kW instead of 41 kW (reduced connection load).
