For sale is a new automatic sacking machine (exhibition model), designed for packaging pellets and other granular materials into bags formed directly from plastic film on a roll.
This solution is suitable for both integration into existing pellet production plants and for new packaging lines.
Composition of the supply:
• New automatic sacking machine with product weighing and dosing system.
• Inclined feeding screw.
• Screw designed for connection to a suction and dust extraction system.
• Control unit.
• Conveyor belt for discharging packaged bags.
Operation:
The packaging cycle is fully automatic and includes:
• Bag formation from plastic film on a roll.
• Weight-based dosing of the pellets.
• Bag filling.
• Vertical and horizontal heat sealing.
• Automatic cutting.
• Discharge of the finished bag onto the discharge conveyor.
The machine is designed to be operated by a single operator.
