Machine designed for inserting plastic bars into the slots of aluminium profiles.
The drive system consists of four motorized rotors, preventing the bars from jamming during the insertion process.

The AS 242 L thermal break profile bar insertion device has been designed to efficiently insert plastic bars into aluminium thermal break profiles, ensuring smooth flow, precise alignment, and reduced cycle times.
