The A220-PD assembly system is a stationary manual assembly station for processing press-fit components.
Intended use:
The machine is used for press-fitting connecting elements.
The operator manually places the corresponding screws, plastic nuts, and the component to be processed into the machine.
The operator then starts the press-fitting process using a foot switch.
The press-fitting process runs automatically.

Press-fit nut, rivet nut, self-piercing nut, press-fit pin, punching pin/rivet pin

Operating modes:
The operating modes can be changed in the control panel.
Automatic mode:
The press-fitting of the connecting elements takes place in automatic mode.
Movements are only initiated when the operator presses the foot pedal and thus triggers the press-fitting process.
Manual mode:
In manual mode, adjustments are made to the machine.
In this operating mode, movements can be activated individually.
