Length measurement is performed using a movable probe. The measurement takes place in the ready position for a tool change, outside the machining area. Accuracy ± 2mm. If there is a difference between the measurement before and after machining, an alarm is triggered automatically.

37101L Automatic Workpiece Measuring Device (RENISHAW OMP60) – Three-coordinate measuring probe from RENISHAW with automatic coordinate correction. The signal is transmitted via infrared. Tolerance approx. 0.005mm. 14 automatic measurement cycles are available as pre-programmed cycles in the program memory. Note: requires 13m.
