This modular assembly consists of four interconnected powered conveyors, ensuring a smooth material flow. The system excels in intelligent product sequencing, transferring items from a three-lane infeed to a single lane via a transverse conveyor, and features integrated stations for automatic pigment dosing and material mixing. The equipment is fitted with premium components (Siemens, Yaskawa, IMI), guaranteeing long service life and high reliability in industrial operations.

Condition: Used, fully operational, operated in both 'Manual' and 'Auto' modes. Regularly maintained (chain lubrication, optical sensor cleaning). Currently disassembled into individual modules.
Overall line length: Modular system made up of several sections:
* Main Conveyor I: approx. 3.65 m
* Transverse and Pigmenting Section: approx. 1.1 m and 2.2 m
* Dispatch and Mixing Section: approx. 3.8 m
Conveyor width: Usable width for triple-lane operation (~1400 mm), followed by single-lane sections (roller lengths 300 mm and 500 mm)
Rollers: High-quality DRAŠAR rollers, 50 mm diameter, made of steel/PVC/Al, fitted with ZZ bearings and lip seals suitable for dusty environments

Control: Stepless speed adjustment via Yaskawa J1000 frequency inverters housed in a central control panel
