The S 60 P rating designates a fire-resistant safe according to the European standard EN 1047-1, protecting paper contents from fire for at least 60 minutes. The "P" stands for "paper," and the testing includes a 60-minute fire test at 1090 degrees Celsius, as well as a drop test from a height of 9.15 meters to simulate protection from a ceiling fall.
