Transverse and side sealing are checked and refurbished. Infeed, outfeed, and transport belts are inspected and replaced if necessary.

Installation of the system is included in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Fully automatic flow-pack machines for packaging products - regardless of their length - with complete wrapping and without film overlap.
The product is fed via a conveyor belt and simultaneously inserted into a half-tube film using a forming shoulder. The product is detected by a light barrier. The feed belt can be easily adjusted for different product widths. After the product is wrapped in film, transverse sealing is performed using a continuously heated sealing system. Longitudinal sealing is created by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be adjusted manually.
The remaining film strip is collected on a film take-up reel.
