Italdibipack DIBIPACK 4255 EV

The Dibipack 4255 EV from Italdibipack is a small, microprocessor-controlled shrink wrapping machine. Automatic adjustment of the sealing temperature to the operating cycle guarantees stable and consistent seams. The shrinking process, combined with the simultaneous sealing of the film, is completed in a single operation.

The product is placed inside the film and then drawn into the shrink chamber.
The hood is now manually closed and held in place by an electromagnet.
The automatic cycle then begins, during which the film is sealed around the product
and shrunk, conforming closely to the product's shape. The shrinking is achieved by heating the air, which is simultaneously circulated by a fan. Once the process is complete, the hood opens automatically, and the finished, packaged product can be removed. For bagging products, the film can be sealed without subsequent shrinking.

Up to 8 different work programs can be stored via the control panel. Parameters such as shrink temperature, shrink time, and the sealing time of the sealing strip can be easily and conveniently adjusted on the operating panel. An electronic counter informs you about the product flow. A mobile base, which makes the Dibipack 4255 EV even more flexible, is available as an accessory.

The Dibipack 4255 EV can be used to process PVC, PE, PO, LDPE, OPP, CP films, all sealable films, as well as micro-perforated and food-grade films.

The machine has undergone a thorough inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional.
Upon request, a video of the machine can also be sent.
