This is a next-generation rapid chiller/shock freezer from Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multi-function rapid chiller is your new helper in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN containers. The maximum capacity is 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touchscreen display and can perform rapid chilling and shock freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and provides odor neutralization. This unit is the Essenziell Turbo version for rapid chilling and shock freezing. The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door opens on the left, and the unit is equipped with a core temperature sensor with 5 measuring points. The shock freezer is fitted with swivel casters, 2 of which have locking brakes.

Dear prospective buyer: Upon purchasing this unit, commissioning and training can be provided by an Irinox specialist. The unit has a total of 55 slots for trays.

Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN containers are included, which allows for 15 trays.

Additional GN rails or wider rails for 60x40 cm bakery trays can be ordered. A pair of 1/1 GN support rails costs €36.00 net, and a pair of bakery tray rails costs €69.00 net, plus shipping costs.

In addition, it is possible to use a multi-rack for twice the number of trays for 1/1 GN containers.
