High accuracy
After installation, the machine is measured with a Renishaw XL80, and any mechanical deviations are corrected by means of a compensation table in the software.
This allows us to achieve a repeatability accuracy of up to +/- 0.03 mm.
A measurement report is included.

Suitable for, among other things, circular saws, band saws, pillar drilling machines, and automated sawing and drilling lines.

The HPM Autopos can be integrated with both new and existing sawing and drilling machines.
In this case, we can link the control and functions of the existing machine to our own HPM system.
We also offer customized solutions for the revision, retrofit, and expansion of existing machine installations.
