Heavy-duty vertical CNC gear cutting machine for machining large gear components.
The machine is equipped for machining both external and internal gears and features a very large working area up to Ø 2,000 mm.
The massive workpiece table has a diameter of 1,460 mm and is designed for workpiece weights up to 20,000 kg.
The tool head can be swiveled from +30° to −45°. Maximum tool diameter 350 mm, maximum tool length 375 mm.
Of particular interest is the existing configuration for internal gear cutting, which distinguishes the machine significantly from a classic external gear cutting machine.
The machine is particularly suitable for the production of large:
Gears, internal gear rings, bevel gears, large gearbox components, industrial gearboxes, wind turbine gearboxes, planetary gearboxes, and heavy-duty drive components.
