Rotary tablet press

This high-performance tablet press is designed for the production of tablets with a maximum diameter of 25 mm using the EU-441 rotor and a maximum diameter of 13 mm using the EU-B rotor. The tablet press is suitable for producing shaped tablets (guided tooling).

The machine is equipped with four frameless, double-walled plastic doors. This makes the die table easily accessible for cleaning and tool changes.
The main drive, gearbox, and a central lubrication system are located in the machine cabinet. At the rear of the machine is a connection for an external exhaust and filter system, which keeps the pressing chamber largely dust-free.

Product feed
The product is fed in via a stainless steel hopper and directed into the Fill-O-Matic mixing impeller shoe. From there, the dies are filled. The mixing impeller shoe can be easily removed for cleaning.
The finished tablets are discharged via a discharge chute and collected. Rejected tablets are automatically separated via a sorting diverter.

The electrical installation is located in a separate control cabinet, which can be positioned independently of the machine.

The changeover rotor is located on a Fette rotor trolley, which is included in the scope of delivery.
