FANUC M-710iC/70 Dual RoboDrill

Tending system configured for loading two Fanuc RoboDrill machines, available either as-is or can be reconfigured. The system is available due to a cancelled order.

ROBOT:
- Fanuc M-710iC/70 articulated arm robot, including:
- Colour touch screen iPendant
- Standard memory
- Fanuc HandlingTool software
- End-of-arm (EOA) mounted 2D iRVision camera
- Payload capacity: 70 kg
- Reach: 2,050 mm
- Pneumatic grippers designed for die castings with automatic tool changer and EOA-mounted blow-off point

SYSTEM:
- RoboDrill tending system comprising:
- Component infeed and outfeed drawers with part presence sensors
- Fixture plates designed for two die-casting variants (approx. dimensions: 320 mm long x 110 mm wide x 50 mm deep)
- External status beacons indicating:
- Red: Fault condition
- Amber: Cell open
- Green: Operation finished
- Buzzer: Fault condition
- Integrated operator control panels, complete with:

- Continue pushbutton
- Reset pushbutton
- Integrated operator access panels, complete with:
- Access request pushbutton

GUARDING:
- Powder-coated metal panels to enclose the robot cell, comprising:
- Mesh screens forming a complete enclosure around the system (height: 2.2 metres), with interlocked single access door
- Interlocked access to all loading shelves
- Interlocked front access to RoboDrill machines
- Light curtain safeguarding on the rear loading zones
- All cables routed through galvanised metal trunking and cable trays
- Drip tables for part drainage and improved loading efficiency

CONTROLS:
- 10” touchscreen HMIs

INTEGRATION:
- Ethernet IP/discrete I/O integration for customer-supplied parts washer and discharge conveyor
