User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR5A utilizes the industry’s first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive recognition of operating status.

More possibilities with high payload and extended reach
The CR5A offers a working radius of 900 mm and a maximum payload of 5 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR5A operates with increased stability and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface ports for added flexibility
The CR5A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, ensuring seamless integration with PLC systems. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN circuits, allowing for easy application expansion.

High level of protection for safe collaboration
The robot housing and control unit achieve the high protection rating of IP54. In the event of overload, the robot automatically issues an alarm. The CR5A is also equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake protection system that reduces the drop height of the end tool in case of power failure.
