Building on the safety, efficiency, flexibility, and user-friendliness of the CR series, the CR5A breaks through the payload limit of 5 kg, thereby opening up broader application opportunities for collaborative robots. With a working radius of 900 mm, the CR5A meets the requirements for heavy-duty picking, packaging, palletizing, and welding in the automotive, home appliance, logistics, and metalworking industries.

User-friendly design for faster deployment
The CR5A employs the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, allowing direct connection to multiple end tools. It also features a visual status indicator at the base for intuitive monitoring of the operating condition.

More possibilities with high payload and large reach
The CR5A offers a working radius of 900 mm and a maximum payload of 5 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR5A operates more stably and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 interface connections for maximum flexibility
The CR5A supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols and integrates seamlessly with PLC systems. It includes 24 digital I/O ports with leading industry support for both PNP and NPN circuits, enabling straightforward application expansion.

High protection level for safe collaboration
The robot housing and control unit meet the high IP54 protection rating. In the event of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. Additionally, the CR5A is equipped with an innovative electromagnetic brake safety system, which reduces the drop height of the end tool in case of power failure.
