MP160 Cabinet Parts Washer

The MP160 Cabinet Parts Washer is a modern cleaning system designed for intensive cleaning of industrial and automotive components in a closed-loop system, using high temperature and pressure.

With an operating pressure of 5–8 bar and the ability to heat the cleaning solution up to 70°C, the machine effectively removes carbon deposits, oil, grease, and other stubborn contaminants, even from hard-to-reach areas and components with complex geometries.

Machine Construction

The MP160 is built for intensive operation in workshop and industrial environments. Its compact dimensions of 770 × 600 × 1330 mm allow convenient placement next to the workstation while providing ample space for cleaning small and medium-sized components.

The 8–14 L cleaning solution tank enables economical use of detergent. Adjustable leveling feet ensure stable positioning, while the integrated pressure gauge provides constant monitoring of operating pressure.

The MP160 is designed for thorough cleaning of components with complex structures, including turbochargers, valves, covers, housings, and hydraulic components.

Its pressurized spray system directs the cleaning solution into narrow gaps, channels, recesses, and other difficult-to-access areas.
