The MP160 pressure parts washer is a professional machine designed for intensive cleaning of industrial, workshop, and automotive components. The enclosed working cabinet, operating pressure of 5–8 bar, and the ability to heat the detergent to 70°C ensure effective removal of oils, grease, carbon deposits, process residues, and other stubborn contaminants.

The closed-loop system allows the cleaning solution to be reused, reducing detergent consumption and helping maintain a cleaner, more organized workplace. The MP160 is ideal for cleaning components with complex shapes, narrow channels, recesses, and other hard-to-reach surfaces.

Parts Cleaning Concentrate Included

The MP160 parts washer comes with 2 liters of concentrate for workshop parts washers. When preparing a 10% solution, the concentrate is sufficient to produce up to 20 liters of ready-to-use cleaning solution.

For the best cleaning results, it is recommended to use an aqueous solution at a temperature of between 40 and 70°C. The appropriate concentration should be selected according to the type of surface, the nature of the contamination, and the cleaning method used.

Effective Cleaning of Hard-to-Reach Surfaces

The pressure spray system allows the cleaning solution to be directed precisely onto contaminated areas. This makes the MP160 suitable for cleaning gaps, recesses, openings, channels, and components with irregular shapes.

After cleaning, the operator can switch the gun to compressed-air-only mode. This makes it easier to remove residual cleaning solution from the component's surface and prepare parts for further servicing, inspection, assembly, or refurbishment.
