The CONSTMACH JS-2 mobile crushing plant is designed to efficiently crush low and medium hardness materials such as limestone, river stone, dolomite, and basalt. With its compact design, powerful crusher combination, and mobile ease of use, the JS-2 delivers maximum performance across various production areas. The plant performs the primary crushing process with the CJC-90 jaw crusher, while the CSI-1212 secondary impact crusher in the second stage ensures a perfect cubic-shaped final product. This feature delivers ideal results, particularly for concrete production.

The JS-2 is equipped with a vibrating feed bunker, bypass belt, hydraulically supported mobile chassis, PLC-controlled automation system, and optional diesel generator set. The system is easy to install, can be put into production quickly, and can be operated without the need for a crane or loader when required, thanks to its hydraulic opening mechanisms.
