Pneumatically controlled edge banding machine with 7 units:

Jointing cutter unit including AIGNER diamond jointing cutter heads, with DIA quick-change knife system Konstantin and controlled edge air blast nozzle behind the 2nd jointing cutter head.

End trimming saw unit with extraction device, including two pneumatically swiveling saw blades, adjustable and programmable from the control panel.

Radius milling unit with pneumatic 2-position revolver, adjustable and programmable from the control panel. Includes 2 quick-change motors with R=1mm radius cutters and 2 quick-change motors with R=2mm radius cutters.

Corner rounding unit (copy milling unit) with insert table function and pneumatic 2-position revolver, adjustable and programmable from the control panel. The entire unit can be pneumatically engaged/disengaged from the control panel. Includes 1 quick-change motor with R=1mm and 1 quick-change motor with R=2mm.

MULTI-radius scraper unit, radius 1mm and radius 2mm, with pneumatic 4-position revolver. The unit can also be pneumatically engaged/disengaged. Includes extraction system with chip collection box for scraper shavings.

Flat scraper unit with four-way usable scraper knives. The entire unit can be pneumatically engaged/disengaged. Removed glue residues are extracted.

Buffing unit with two ORIGINAL Riepe cloth-sisal-lamella wheels, arranged at an angle, for cleaning and polishing.
