Gaasflare

AAT FA 250 HT

The gas flare was intended for a research project which could not be carried out. It is brand new and still in its original packaging.

The flare is delivered as a complete "package unit" with a site-supplied control cabinet made from CrNi steel. The flare can be installed either indoors or outdoors; however, the control cabinet operating panel should remain within the line of sight for the operator.

1.1 Pilot Burner / Biogas Support Burner with Fittings
The pilot biogas burner unit is equipped with the following components:
- Shut-off ball valve DN25, approved for biogas
- Biogas filter DN25
- Pressure regulator DN25
- Pressure gauge with "push button shut-off", 0-100 mbar, approved for biogas
- Gas solenoid valve DN25, Manufacturer: Kromschröder, Type VAS 125R/LW
- Flame arrestor DN25, Manufacturer: Protego, FA-G1" IIA1-P2.2
- Biogas burner nozzle (4 units)

1.2 Process Gas Burner with Fittings
The process gas burner unit is equipped with the following components:
- Shut-off butterfly valve DN80
- Pressure gauge with "push button shut-off", 0-1.6 bar
- Gas control valve, 2-stage, DN80, Manufacturer: Kromschröder, Type VK80F24ZT5A93DS
- Flame arrestor DN80, Manufacturer: Protego, FA-E-T-80-IIC-P1.1
- Temperature monitoring flame guard (PT100), adjustable 60°C - 120°C
- Process gas burner nozzle (1 unit)

1.3 Ignition and Protection / Monitoring Assembly
Both burner units are ignited and monitored using the following components:

- Electronic ignition electrodes (1 pair) with transformer
- UV sensor
- 1 thermocouple in the flame tube (1.4 mtr long)
- LCD temperature display and evaluation device, Manufacturer: OMRON, Type K3HB-R

1.4 Drainage and Condensate Outlet
To discharge any condensate that may accumulate in the process gas system, a ball valve is integrated into the vertical process gas line. Any condensate can be drained off via this ball valve.
