The A5 MemoTS Electronic Underpinner is a high-performance framing machine engineered for professional production framers demanding speed, precision, and efficiency with frequent setup changes.

This advanced underpinner enables storage of virtually unlimited programs, which can be entered manually or imported directly from a PC. Once programmed, frame settings can be quickly selected via the intuitive touchscreen or by scanning barcodes (using the optional barcode reader).

Wedges can be driven or stacked in up to 10 positions per corner, making it ideal for a broad range of frame profiles and materials — including wood, plastic, and MDF — when using A+ steel wedges (available in various sizes).

With horizontal, vertical, and fence clamping systems, the A5 MemoTS guarantees highly precise frame assembly. The robust wedge-driving unit offers long-term reliability and smooth, trouble-free operation.
