OVERMACH was established in 1978 as a strategic company decision, originating from Salvatore Marchelli, which had been active in the tooling and machine tools sector since as far back as 1817.
Today, the OVERMACH Group specializes in the sale of CNC chip-removal machine tools for metalworking, both new and used, providing pre- and post-sales support throughout the entire country.
Building on the long-standing and established experience of the company’s key personnel, OVERMACH S.p.A. has strengthened its organization by integrating a top-level management team, achieving a leading position in the Italian market with well over 300 employees and both direct and indirect sales agents.

The company’s headquarters and main offices are located in Parma, covering an area of about 60,000 m2, of which 22,000 m2 are occupied by warehouses, showrooms, and offices.

Overmach S.p.A. also has commercial branches in Modena, Vicenza, Turin, Tortona, Brescia, and Cuggiono (Milan).
