The compactor is designed to compact the bottoms and tops of pallets. After one cycle one pallet is nailed. Nailing is carried out mechanically. The machine automatically takes nails from the storage bins, where they are in bulk. The pallet components are taken from the external magazines by two people .

The XP 1000 nailing machine is designed to produce industrial pallets in the 800-1200/1200-2600 size range . The nailing cycle is adjustable from the control panel , takes a minimum of 10 seconds . Hammer plates adjustable on the full range of hammer .
Standard equipment of the nailing machine includes 16 hammers on eight plates and one set of 800/1200 pallet molds . Other molds on request for an additional fee .
The performance of the machine depends on the workers and their speed in stacking the parts.
