Bed:

Heavy, strongly ribbed and rigid bed casting made of strong gray cast iron that prevents vibrations when the machine is properly leveled and operated.
Double prismatic, inductively hardened and precision ground guideways
Built-in gap bridge that can be removed for handling large workpieces.
Headstock:

The stable, well-ribbed and precision-machined headstock ensures non-vibrating and accurate operation while the lathe is processing parts at high speed or during heavy machining regime.
The ground gears are made of induction-hardened hardened steel and operate in an oil bath.
The spindle is hardened, precision ground and balanced; it has a standard version of the hole and spindle face, including Cam lock performance, direct mounting of 3-jaw self-centering, 4-jaw independent chucks, chucks without chucks or mounting of the chucks with flange connector.
The spindle bearings can use bearings from SKF, FAG, NSK with preload for mounting the bearing set. This bearing ensures high accuracy of machine work indefinitely.
Lathe apron:

Mechanized transverse and longitudinal movements.
A built-in safety mechanism against overloading.
A latch against simultaneous switching of the nut to spindle and automatic feed.
Fast movements in both axes.
Feed gearbox:

When processing a particular part, the feed gearbox offers different feeds and steps for thread cutting - metric, inch, module and DP threads. It is designed so that operation is extremely convenient.
