Digital printing system for carpet and textile printing

ChromoJet is a valve-based jet printing technology developed by ZIMMER in 1976, and it has since established itself as a reliable solution for carpet printing and printing on heavy textiles.

The digital printing systems in the ChromoJet family are suitable for all types of pile products, with a weight range of 300 to 1,500 g/m².

ChromoJet operates with high-speed valves.
The pre-mixed, pressurized special or process colors are injected deep into the surface of the pile with surgical precision, without any machine parts coming into contact with the fabric.
The result is deep color penetration and excellent print resolution.

Dye classes:
Acid and pre-metallized – for printing polyamide (nylon) and wool
Disperse – for printing carpets based on polyester
Cationic – for printing modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
Reactive – for printing carpets and mats based on polyamide, wool, and cotton

Applications:
Floor coverings such as carpets, rugs, carpet tiles, and mats
