WEINIG Univar 10/2

We offer a used WEINIG Univar 10/2 profiling and rabbeting machine, primarily designed for rabbeting windows, doors, and similar profiles.

The machine is equipped with two hydraulically controlled, right-hand precision spindles that can be raised and lowered, allowing for the clamping of three sets of tools on top of each other. The lifting mechanism uses a U-shaped motion, enabling the machining of short workpieces. The individual tool positions can be finely adjusted in the radial direction.

To ensure high-quality machining without material tear-out, the first spindle allows the selection of either a left-hand or right-hand rotation direction. It is equipped with a mechanical brake for changing the direction of rotation.

During the machining of the last 100 mm of each frame end, the spindle plunges into the wood with the corresponding matching tool, thereby reducing material tear-out in the corners of the frame.

The construction also includes an additional support rail for large-format frames.

* Continuous, chainless feed using rubber-coated rollers with a very short pitch
* Height adjustment of the feed beam using a ratchet
* Program control with a selector switch for a single program
* Automatic change of stroke for two workpieces in the tenon-rabbet section
* Ability to program up to 4 workpieces, or 4 sides, for longitudinal profiling and rabbeting

The machine does not include machining tools.
